Founded in 2012 in Sydney as Airport Services Infrastructure, our company began with a focus on aviation and airport projects. Over the next decade, our work naturally expanded into logistics, shipping, maritime, and energy. Thirteen years later, following a strategic transformation and corporate restructuring, we evolved into AIS Energy & Maritime reflecting both our broader scope and the industries we now serve.
From the start, our vision was to operate where others wouldn’t: in emerging, remote, and frontier markets often overlooked by established players due to perceived risk. What made it work for us was our agility, cultural awareness, and adaptability—qualities that allowed us to succeed in challenging environments. We learned early that success in these markets depends less on rigid processes and more on understanding people, context, and timing. This mindset continues to guide how we operate today.
Our business model is simple: one partner, many solutions. We provide an integrated suite of services under one roof—financial structuring and capital raising, client-side advisory, engineering supervision, tender management, contract negotiation, and contractor oversight. Clients value having a single point of coordination—one team that connects all the moving parts and drives a project from concept to completion. By bridging technical, financial, and operational elements, we remove the friction that often slows down complex international projects.
We operate through a trusted global network of partners and agents, giving us reach and flexibility to deliver the best solutions wherever our clients are. Our low-overhead structure and use of advanced AI tools have made our operations leaner, faster, and more cost-effective. This efficiency is particularly critical in frontier markets, where funding and timing pressures often define the success of a project.
Still headquartered in Australia, AIS Energy & Maritime continues to serve clients worldwide with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. Each project we take on is more than a contract—it’s a long-term collaboration aimed at building capacity, trust, and tangible outcomes. Our focus remains the same as it was in 2012: to bring practical, high-value solutions to markets that need them most.
We operate in structured partnership alliance with Integrated Maritime Management (www.imaritime.sg). IMM is based in Singapore and provides comprehensive vessel operations, crewing, and technical management solutions for global shipping clients. With a focus on efficiency, safety, and sustainability, IMM supports owners and charterers across LNG, tanker, and dry bulk segments. AIS Energy & Maritime closely collaborates with IMM to deliver integrated project and fleet management services across key markets.
